Record date for the conversion of A and B shares into ordinary shares

MARKN.

The extraordinary general meeting of Modelon AB (publ) resolved on 19 September 2024 to change the articles of association whereby the division of A shares and B shares in the articles of association was removed, i.e. all shares in the Company shall be of the same share class (ordinary shares). The record date for the conversion will be 30 September 2024. Shareholders do not need to take any action due to the conversion. From 1 October 2024, new ISIN number for the shares will be SE0023112438 and new ticker will be MODEL.
