Modelon signs contracts for system simulation software and services worth USD 0.63 million

MAR

Modelon AB (publ) has signed a two-year contract for software licenses with a major North American social media platform provider. Term-based software licenses worth USD 0.38 million for Modelon’s product Modelon Impact will generate recurring revenues during the full contract period, starting December 1, 2024. The new contract comes in addition to an earlier professional services contract for modeling and simulating datacenter climate control solutions worth USD 0.25 million. Revenues for these services will be recognized during Q4 2024. The total contract value is USD 0.63 million.

“The new contract confirms our position as a market leader in system simulations. Modelon Impact is a cloud native simulation platform with a comprehensive suite of application libraries, based on open standards and interfaces. The rapid evolution of datacenter technologies creates new opportunities and challenges for efficient and sustainable climate control. I am pleased that we have been selected as the provider of system simulation software and expert services for these new datacenter solutions,” said Jan Häglund, CEO.
