MilDef Group AB (publ) (“MilDef” or the “Company”) announces that as of today, November 29, 2024, there are a total of 44,009,492 shares and votes in the Company. The share capital amounts to SEK 11,002,373.

The number of shares and votes has changed during November as a result of firstly, a directed share issue of in total 3,993,206 new shares, which was announced by press release on 13 November 2024 and, secondly, share subscription of 84,220 shares with the exercise of warrants within the framework of MilDef’s subscription warrants program for employees (Incentive Program 2021/2025) which was introduced in April 2021.
