Mentice AB today announces the appointment of Ulrika Drotz Voksepp as CFO. Ulrika will be responsible for finance, accounting, and business control.

“I am excited to have Ulrika assume the role as CFO for Mentice,” says Göran Malmberg, Mentice CEO. “Ulrika brings to the role a wealth of experience gained from both smaller and larger corporations, and her business acumen and focus is a valuable asset to Mentice. I am excited to work with Ulrika and welcome her as an integral part of our executive management team.”

Ulrikas has previously held several positions where she has demonstrated her ability to establish operational and financial structures to support the business needs of a growing operation. Notably, Ulrika has held Chief Financial Officer positions with Maurten – a food tech enterprise; Egain Group – a provider of SaaS solutions for energy optimization; Smarteye- a company that specializes in eye-tracking for the automotive industry; and KVD Kvarndammen – an e-commerce marketplace for vehicle transactions as both CFO and CEO.

During the transition period, Mentice’s interim CFO, Henrik Hang, will assist and support Ulrika, who will formally take over the role of CFO on January 2nd.  Henrik will continue to support the company’s financial activities during the month of January before officially leaving the company on January 31st. The transition period is crucial to ensure a smooth transition and maintain operational and financial stability.
 
Göran Malmberg expressed his gratitude towards Henrik Hang for his valuable contribution as Interim CFO. Despite a noticeably brief introduction and a period of high activity, we were able to maintain our commitment to improving productivity and cash balance, meeting expectations during this time. Malmberg wishes Henrik all the best for his future assignments.
