Mentice announces resignation of Chief Financial Officer

Mentice's CFO, Gunilla Andersson, has decided to leave Mentice. Gunilla will formally leave the Company at the end of August and be replaced by an interim CFO until a new CFO has been appointed.

We are grateful for Gunilla's work over the last two years related to improved structures for financial reporting and operational efficiency. We wish Gunilla all the best in her future endeavors.
