Medicover’s nomination committee for the AGM 2027

Medicover AB (publ) (“Medicover”) publishes the nomination committee’s composition for the annual general meeting (“AGM”) in 2027.
The nomination committee, which is appointed in accordance with the principles adopted by the annual general meeting on 29 April 2026, consists of:
- Fredrik Stenmo, representing Celox Holding AB and the Christina af Jochnick family’s total shareholding
- Hans Ramel, NG Invest Beta AB
- Thomas Ehlin, Fjärde AP-fonden
- Sophie Larsén, AMF och AMF Fonder
