Medicover

Medicover acquires the IFLB Group in Berlin. IFLB Group consists of two lab sites and two clinics and approximately 150 employees. Revenue for 2023 is estimated at €15 million. The acquisition will be consolidated from January 2024.

The acquisition includes a newly constructed 3,600 m² lab site in the Berlin area which will complement Medicover’s network in the area enabling streamlining of some lab processes with efficiency improvements.
