Mavshack AB (publ) ("Mavshack" or the "Company") today announces an update to its financial calendar.
The Company has decided to reschedule the publication of its interim report for the first quarter of 2026. The report will now be published on May 12, 2026.
In addition, the Annual General Meeting will be held on June 29, 2026.
The changes have been made to ensure sufficient time for the preparation and quality assurance of the financial reporting and related materials.
The updated financial calendar is as follows:
* Interim Report Q1 2026: May 12, 2026
* Annual General Meeting 2026: June 29, 2026
