Magle Group announces resignation of board member

Magle Chemoswed Holding AB (publ) ("Magle Group" or the "Company") announces today that the board member Hans Henrik Lidgard, at his own request, is leaving Magle Group's board of directors as of today’s date.

Hans Henrik Lidgard, board member of Magle Group, has informed the board members and the Company that he wishes to resign from his position as board member of the Company as of today’s date.

After his resignation, Magle Group's board of directors will consist of four board members up until Magle Group's annual general meeting 2026.
