Magle Group Announces Change in Publication Date for Annual Report 2025

Magle Group today announces that the publication of its Annual Report for the financial year 2025 will be postponed.

The Annual Report, originally scheduled for publication on 30 April 2026, is now expected to be published on 9 June 2026. The delay is due to the ongoing audit process, which requires additional time to be completed.

Magle Group remains committed to ensuring the accuracy and completeness of its financial reporting and considers the extension necessary to finalize the audit in accordance with applicable standards.
