Magle Group Announces Change in Publication Date for Annual Report 2025

Magle Group today announces that the publication of its Annual Report for the financial year 2025 will be postponed.

The Annual Report, scheduled for publication on 24 June 2026, is now expected to be published on 27 June 2026. The delay is due to the ongoing audit process, which requires additional time to be completed.

The Annual General Meeting remains scheduled for 30 June 2026.
