Magle Chemoswed Holding AB announces the resignation of Julia Kamber Rouhi from the Board of Directors of Magle Chemoswed Holding.

Julia Kamber Rouhi, a deputy member of the Board of Directors of Magle Chemoswed Holding AB (publ) has announced her resignation from the Board of Directors of the company on 16th of August 2022.

Julia Kamber Rouhi has served on the Board for several years and has decided to resign due to personal reasons.

“On behalf of Magle Chemoswed Holding AB and the entire Board, I would like to sincerely thank Julia for her great contributions and commitment. Julia’s knowledge and insights have been extremely valuable to the Board”, said Chairman Hans Henrik Lidgard.
