Calendar Update of the Annual General Meeting 2026

Magle Group today announces that its Annual General Meeting is planned for 30 June 2026, following the previously announced delay to the publication of the Annual Report for the financial year 2025, now expected on 9 June 2026.

Further information regarding the AGM, including formal notice and proposed agenda, will be published in due course in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
