The principal owners of L E Lundbergföretagen AB have informed the company that they intend to propose following election of the board to the Annual General Meeting on April 20, 2026.
It is proposed that Carl Bennet, Louise Lindh, Fredrik Lundberg, Katarina Martinson, Sten Peterson, Lars Pettersson, Sofia Frändberg, Krister Mattsson and Bo Selling be re-elected as Board members. It is proposed that Bo Selling be re-elected Chairman of the Board.
Remaining proposals to the Annual General Meeting on April 20, 2026 will be presented in the invitation.
