Globally awarded MYER one loyalty program expands - powered by Loyal Solutions technology
The department store has brought on new partners and unveiled new perks in a bid to expand the use of their program outside the department store group. The MYER one loyalty program currently has 4.7 million unique active members and continued to deliver record growth in new member acquisition in 2025, with more than 825,000 people joining the program. More than 50 per cent of new members are under the age of 35.
From November, members will be able to earn one point per dollar or more spent at a range of partners including Dan Murphy's, Door Dash, Pet Barn, MyCar and Lvly by linking their Visa or Mastercard to their MYER one account via the MYER one app, or online at myer.com.au, via Loyal Solutions proprietary card-linking technology.
These launch partners will form part of a greater push by the department store group to expand the use of the program on everyday spend and via new partnerships. The launch comes after the successful roll-out of MYER one across the Just Group in August which closed it’s Just Shop Rewards program and adopted MYER one as its program of record across the Dotti, Jaquie E, Jay Jayz, Just Jeans and Portman’s brands. Myer also expanded its strategic partnership with Virgin Australia’s Velocity loyalty program, enabling members of the program to redeem their Velocity points in-store and online at Myer, while also earning MYER one points.
As part of the broader program relaunch, the department store will also allow customers to redeem rewards quicker, with members able to use $10 rewards 24 hours after earning credits rather at the end of each quarter. Silver, gold and platinum members will also be offered complimentary beauty boxes with gifts from Australian and international brands, be able to access exclusive beauty treatments and enjoy bonus points days of their choosing.
