During December 2023, Logistea carried out a directed share issue related to the closing of the property Kalmar Sigillet 1.

Today, the last trading day of the month, there are a total of 217,915,975 shares in the company, of which 17,087,861 are Class A shares and 200,828,114 are Class B shares. The number of votes amounts to 37,170,672. The share capital amounts to 108,957,986 SEK.
