During September 2023, Logistea carried out a preferential rights issue.

Today, the last trading day of the month, there are a total of 209,205,188 shares in the company, of which 16,536,052 are Class A shares and 192,669,066 are Class B shares. The number of votes amounts to 35,802,958. The share capital amounts to 104,602,559 SEK.

ISIN code of the Class A shares is SE0017131329 and SE0017131337 for the Class B shares.
