Logistea

Sustainability is an integral part of Logistea's strategic framework and goals. Following the merger with KMC Properties, Logistea updated the company's double materiality analysis in the fall of 2024, which was validated by the company's key stakeholders. The materiality analysis highlights the sustainability subjects that Logistea should prioritize in order to minimize risks and seize opportunities, both financially and in terms of Logistea's impact on the environment. As part of Logistea's sustainability work, Logistea has hired Malin Friman as sustainability specialist. Malin will commence her position on 1 April 2025.

As a result of the analysis, Logistea has updated and adopted new ambitious sustainability targets to apply from 2025. The new updated sustainability targets are:

E – Green properties
CO2 (Scope 1 and Scope 2)

• Decrease greenhouse gas emissions within Scope 1 and Scope 2 with 50 percent by 2030 with 2024 as the base year (CPI Co2g/m2)
• Net zero emissions within Scope 1 and Scope 2 by 2050 with 2024 as the base year (CPI Co2g/m2).
• Ongoing goal: 100 percent fossil-free electricity for all subscriptions under Logistea's control.

Energy

• Annually improve energy classifications with the goal of achieving energy class C or better by 2030 for at least 70 percent of the property portfolio’s leasable area.*
• Annually improve energy classifications with the goal of achieving energy class C or better by 2050 for 100 percent of the property portfolio’s leasable area.*

* Excluding properties where there are no requirements of EPD.

Climate

• 100 percent of the properties shall have undergone a climate risk analysis according to the EU Taxonomy and actions plans for identified climate risks shall be carried out in all relevant properties by end of 2026.

• Ongoing goal: Zero tolerance against corruption.
• All employees must annually complete training in anti-corruption and business ethics.
• 100 percent of major suppliers and major customers shall adopt and undertake to comply with Logisteas Code of Conduct
