Logistea strengthens the organization in property management and transactions through the recruitment of Jonas Kennerhed and Björn Aronsson

Logistea AB (publ) has recruited Jonas Kennerhed as head of the company's property management. Jonas has more than 25 years of experience in property management and was most recently responsible for Logicenter's Nordic management. Björn Aronsson is recruited to Logistea's transaction and business development team. Björn has 8 years of experience in transactions and business development and most recently worked at Slättö.

Jonas Kennerhed, 53, has an education within property management from KTH and he has more than 25 years of experience in property management, of which the last 17 years at NREP where he held several leading positions including a central role in their build-up of Logicenters. At Logicenters, Jonas has been part of the management team and Nordic manager for their property management. Jonas will be part of Logistea's management team and will assume the position as head of the company's property management no later than 1 November 2024.

Björn Aronsson, 33 years old, has a master's degree in economics from Lund University and for the past 8 years he has worked with transactions and business development. Björn comes most recently from Slättö Förvaltning where he held the role as Investment director and prior to that he was transaction manager at Brunswick Real Estate. Björn assumes his position in September 2024.
