Logistea has completed a test facility in Alingsås for the tenant NKT
On 10 December, Logistea handed over the completed production and test facility to the tenant NKT HV Cables AB. Construction was expected to be completed in the first half of 2025, but has been completed earlier than expected thanks to efficient project management and good cooperation.
In connection with the construction, Logistea signed a new green lease agreement for all leased areas leased by NKT, with a term until 2045.
Logistea's investment for the construction has amounted to SEK 160 million and the rent for the new spaces amounts to SEK 15.75 million.
"Thanks to the good cooperation with NKT and efficient project management, we have managed to complete a complex project well ahead of schedule. We would also like to extend a big thank you to NKT and all contractors and designers for a well-executed project in collaboration," says Logistea's Project Manager Johan Jörgner.
