Logistea enters into two new lease agreements of in total approximately 10,800 square metres in Småland
Logistea AB (publ) has signed two new lease agreements with well-established companies in Småland, Sweden. Hårds Transport AB has entered into a new lease for 5,600 square metres of vacant logistics area within the property Rotorn 1 in Ljungby, and Jonas Ihreborn AB has extended its lease with Logistea within the property Värnamo Vetet 1 for an additional ten years. These agreements strengthen Logistea’s position in the region.
Logistea AB has entered into a new lease agreement with the transport and logistics company Hårds Transport AB for 5,600 square meters of logistics space within the property Rotorn 1 in Ljungby, with a term until the end of 2029. 4,100 square metres regards new letting of vacant area within the property and 1,500 square metres regards a prolongation of previously short term lease. Rotorn 1 is a modern logistics property built in 2005 and is located directly adjacent to the E4. Through the new lease agreement, Hårds Transport strengthens its presence in the area and creates conditions for continued growth.

At the same time, Logistea has strengthened its collaboration with Jonas Ihreborn AB through a ten-year extension of its lease agreement for a total of approximately 5,200 square meters within the property Vetet 1 in Värnamo. The tenant has been a leading company in Swedish furniture design for several decades, combining Scandinavian design with sustainable production for a global market. The property is fully let.
