Logistea enters into a lease agreement with Fortifikationsverket regarding 6,100 sq.m. in Kristinehamn
Logistea AB (publ) (“Logistea”) has entered into a new lease agreement with Fortifikationsverket regarding 6,100 sq.m. of warehouse premises within the property Norra Höja 3:3 in Kristinehamn. The lease agreement is entered into on a term until 31 December 2029 and Fortifikationsverket will gain access to the previously vacant premises on 1 May 2024.
The total rental value of the new lease excluding supplements amounts to approximately SEK 17 million, corresponding to an annual rental income of approximately SEK 3 million excluding supplements.
