Logistea is expanding its property portfolio and has entered into an agreement to acquire the property Mursleven 8 in Karlskrona Municipality through the acquisition of the property-owning company. Closing is expected to take place on November 7, 2025.

The property has a total leasable area of 3,489 square meters and a total plot area of 23,449 sqm and is fully leased to Connect Bus, one of the Nordic region's leading public transport operators, which recently won the tender for bus services in the Blekinge region for the next ten years. Annual rental income amounts to approximately SEK 10.6 million (excluding rent supplements and property tax) and the tenant pays for all operating costs.

The property is a modern and built-to-suit bus depot with three buildings, built in 1990 and 2007 respectively, as well as substantial outdoor areas. Most of the leasable area consists of a full-service workshop as well as a small office and educational building. To enable large-scale electric bus operations, the tenant has made extensive investments in electric buses and charging infrastructure on the property in 2025.
