Logistea AB (publ) repurchase senior unsecured bonds of an addiotional SEK 20.0 million

During March, Logistea has repurchased additional SEK 42,500,000 of its outstanding senior unsecured bonds with maturity in October 2024 (ISIN SE0016831010). Total outstanding nominal amount is SEK 500,000,000, of which Logistea, after the repurchase, holds a total nominal amount of SEK 86,250,000. Based on today's interest rate, this contributes to a reduced annual interest cost of total approximately SEK 7,060,000.
