Logistea has entered into a new loan agreement with a large Swedish bank according to which bank loans of in total MSEK 895 have been refinanced, of which at least MSEK 350 is deemed to meet the requirements for so-called green bank loans. The loan agreement is entered into with a variable interest rate and with a term of 3 years. Logistea’s tied-up capital period increases from 1.9 years to 2.9 years following the refinancing and the amount of interest-bearing debt that matures in 2024 decreases from 41 to 4 percent.
