Rebaba will deliver its first CircularBESS to Logistea – a completely Swedish-built storage system that uses batteries from electric vehicles in their second lifecycle, saving more than 40 tons of CO₂e. Logistea's facility in Borås will become a true showcase for second lifecycle battery storage, combining sustainability, profitability, and grid resilience in one solution.

Thanks to its high level of innovation and potential, the project is supported by the Swedish Energy Agency. They emphasize its alignment with sustainability goals and highlight the system's ability to optimize renewable energy, balance the grid, and reuse valuable materials such as lithium-ion batteries from electric vehicles. They also note the clear customer value and strong potential for future commercialization.
