Logistea

During February 2025 Logistea AB (publ) (“Logistea”) received requests for conversion of ordinary A shares into ordinary B shares from shareholders in accordance with the provisions of Logistea’s articles of association, which Logistea informed about on 3 March 2025. As a result, 7,119,369 ordinary A shares have been converted into ordinary B shares in March 2025. Consequently, the total number of ordinary B shares increased by 7,119,369 and the total number of ordinary A shares decreased by 7,119,369 during March 2025.

As of 31 March 2025, the total number of shares in Logistea amounts to 474,559,896, of which 26,232,069 ordinary A shares with one vote each, and 448,327,827 ordinary B shares with one-tenth vote each. The total number of votes in Logistea as of the same date amounts to 71,064,851.70.
