During August 2025 Logistea AB (publ) (“Logistea”) received requests for conversion of ordinary A shares into ordinary B shares from shareholders in accordance with the provisions of Logistea’s articles of association. As a result, 179,872 ordinary A shares have been converted into ordinary B shares in September 2025. Consequently, the total number of ordinary B shares increased by 179,872 and the total number of ordinary A shares decreased by 179,872 during September 2025.

As of 30 September 2025, the total number of shares in Logistea amounts to 510,559,896, of which 26,052,197 ordinary A shares with one vote each, and 484,507,699 ordinary B shares with one-tenth vote each. The total number of votes in Logistea as of the same date amounts to 74,502,966.90.
