Lifco acquires TDS (E&W) in Scotland

Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire a majority of the shares in the Scottish company TDS (E&W) Ltd. The company introduces dental indemnity insurance to dentists and defends their members against claims.

In the financial year ended March 2024, TDS reported net sales of approximately GBP 3.8 million. The company is based in Glasgow, Scotland and has 30 employees. TDS will be consolidated in the Business Area Dental. Consolidation is expected to take place in the fourth quarter of 2024.

The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in the current financial year.
