Lifco acquires R&T Stainless in Denmark

Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire a majority of the shares in the Danish company R&T Stainless A/S. R&T Stainless supplies equipment and components to builders of public playgrounds globally.

In 2024, R&T Stainless reported net sales of approximately DKK 114 million. The company is based in Glostrup, Denmark and has twelve employees. R&T Stainless will be consolidated in the Business Area Systems Solutions, division Infrastructure Products.

Consolidation is expected to take place in the second quarter of 2025.

The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in the current financial year.
