Lifco acquires Polydentia in Switzerland

Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire all shares in the Swiss company Polydentia SA. Polydentia is a manufacturer of dental consumables.

In 2023, Polydentia reported net sales of CHF 4.5 million. The company is based in Lugano, Switzerland and has 31 employees. Polydentia will be consolidated in Business Area Dental. Consolidation is expected to take place in the fourth quarter of 2024.

The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in the current financial year.
