Lifco acquires Karl Kaps in Germany

Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire all shares in the German company Karl Kaps GmbH & Co. KG. Karl Kaps is a niche manufacturer of medical and dental microscopes.

In 2024, Karl Kaps reported net sales of approximately EUR 10.1 million. The company is based in Asslar, Germany and has 33 employees. Karl Kaps will be consolidated in Business Area Dental. Consolidation is expected to take place in the first quarter of 2026.

The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in the 2026 financial year.
