Lifco acquires HEGUtechnik in Germany

Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire a majority of the shares in the German company HEGUtechnik GmbH. HEGUtechnik is a niche contract manufacturer of electronic components for automation applications in harsh industrial environments.

In 2024, HEGUtechnik reported net sales of approximately EUR 10.3 million. The company is based in Oberasbach, Germany and has 83 employees. HEGUtechnik will be consolidated in Business Area Systems Solutions, division Contract Manufacturing. Consolidation is expected to take place in the fourth quarter of 2025.

The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in the current financial year.
