Lifco acquires Heavy Duty Parts in the UK

Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire a majority of the shares in the UK company Heavy Duty Parts Ltd. Heavy Duty Parts is a specialist supplier of parts to coaches.

In 2024, Heavy Duty Parts reported net sales of approximately GBP 11.7 million. The company is based in Retford, UK, and has 25 employees. Heavy Duty Parts will be consolidated in Business Area Systems Solutions, division Transportation Products. Consolidation is expected to take place in the first quarter of 2025.

The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in the current financial year.
