Lifco acquires Fraga Dental in Germany

Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire a majority of the shares in the German company Fraga Dental GmbH. Fraga Dental sells consumables to dentists in Germany.

In 2024, Fraga Dental reported net sales of EUR 2.5 million. The company is based in Hamburg, Germany and has seven employees. Fraga Dental will be consolidated in the Dental business area. Consolidation is expected to take place in the second quarter of 2025.

The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in the current financial year.
