Lifco acquires Ascot Signs in Northern Ireland

Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire a majority of the shares in the Northern Irish company Ascot Signs Ltd. The company designs, manufactures and installs bespoke signage and branding solutions.

In the financial year ended March 2024, Ascot Signs reported net sales of approximately GBP 16.1 million. The company is based near Londonderry, Northern Ireland and has 77 employees. Ascot Signs will be consolidated in the Business Area Systems Solutions, division Special Products. Consolidation is expected to take place in the fourth quarter of 2024.

The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in the current financial year.
