KlaraBo extends and expands lease agreement with the Municipality of Östersund

KlaraBo has extended and expanded an existing lease agreement with the Municipality of Östersund for the property Symaskinen 1. The new lease has a contractual term of 20 years and covers an area of 383 square meters. The facility will be used for special housing under the LSS Act (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). The annual rental value amounts to SEK 1.4 million, and the lease will commence on September 1, 2025.

The facility part of a property that otherwise consists of residential units. KlaraBo will fully adapt the space to meet the municipality’s needs. With this lease, the property is now fully let.
