All financing conditions fulfilled for the acquisition of a portfolio with an underlying property value of SEK 850 million

KlaraBo has entered into a credit agreement with an existing bank to partially finance the recently acquired property portfolio in Helsingborg. Together with the successful rights issue recently completed, all financing conditions have now been fulfilled for the acquisition of a property portfolio with an underlying property value of SEK 850 million. The acquisition will be finalized on January 31, 2025.

With the newly signed credit agreement with one of our existing banks, along with our heavily oversubscribed rights issue, we will soon consolidate our largest acquisition to date. The new credit agreement of approximately SEK 500 million has an initial term of three years, with an interest margin that is the lowest since KlaraBo was founded.
