Decreased number of shares and votes in Kinnevik

Kinnevik AB (publ) ("Kinnevik") today announced that as of 28 November 2025, the total number of shares in the company amounts to 281,602,031, and the total number of votes in the company amounts to 585,378,266.

The decrease is due to the redemption by Kinnevik of 33,890 incentive shares of Class C 2023, 33,890 of Class D 2023, 10,189 of Class C1 2024, 40,756 of Class C2 2024, 10,189 of Class D1 2024, and 40,756 of Class D2 2024, held by former participants in Kinnevik’s long-term incentive plans for 2023 and 2024.

As of 28 November 2025, the shares in Kinnevik are divided into two classes of ordinary shares and ten classes of incentive shares as follows:

  • 33,752,915 ordinary shares of Class A with ten votes each and 243,219,750 ordinary shares of Class B with one vote each (of which Kinnevik holds one (1) Class B ordinary share in treasury); and
  • 396,523 incentive shares of Class C 2021, 396,523 of Class D 2021, 509,144 of Class C 2022, 509,144 of Class D 2022, 625,451 of Class C 2023, 625,451 of Class D 2023, 156,713 of Class C1 2024, 626,852 of Class C2 2024, 156,713 of Class D1 2024, and 626,852 of Class D2 2024 — all with one vote each.
