Kebni's Nomination Committee for the 2025 Annual General Meeting

The Nomination Committee for Kebni AB’s 2025 Annual General Meeting consists of the three largest shareholders and the Chairman of the company.

The committee members are Anders Danielsson, the largest shareholder, Jan Robert Pärsson, Sven Olof Hagelin, and Anders Persson, Chairman of Kebni AB. Anders Danielsson was elected as Chairman of the committee.

Shareholders wishing to submit proposals to the Nomination Committee may do so no later than March 1, 2024, via email to anders@ad-tra.se or ir@kebni.com, or by mail to:
