This publication is the result of the recent declaration of bankruptcy by Payer Financial Services AB ("Payer"), which has necessitated a full write-down (SEK 9.2M, including loans) of Payer's assets in Katalysen's books and in the 2023 Annual Report. The valuation of Payer in the Company's portfolio valuation has also been adjusted down from SEK 9.0 million to SEK 0.
