Once registered, and including early warrant exercises by other shareholders, the total number of shares in Katalysen will increase from 7,954,025 to 8,124,790, with the share capital rising from 1,034,023.25 SEK to 1,056,222.70 SEK. After this announcement, 666,564 warrants remain outstanding, all with a strike price of 14.90 SEK.

The successful exercise of these warrants further strengthens Katalysen's capital base, supporting its continued work as a collaborative investment catalyst.
