Following the announcement made on 2023-12-06, Katalysen Ventures' total financial exposure to the Payer Group amounts to 9.7 MSEK (excluding accrued interest).
Within this total exposure, 3.0 MSEK is attributed to the combined value of common shares and preference shares, while 6.7 MSEK is linked to loans and preference shares with first (highest) priority.
Peter Almberg, CEO of Katalysen Ventures, comments: "To the best of our knowledge, the status quo within the Payer corporate group persists. Nonetheless, given the ongoing uncertainty, we are committed to enhancing the transparency of our exposure to our shareholders and the broader market with this declaration."
