Katalysen has decided to conduct a write-down, with a negative impact on book value of -13.6 MSEK, resulting in a -12.3 MSEK impact on Katalysen's estimated portfolio value. This adjustment is attributable to the portfolio ventures VenturePort, Payer, and Uggla.

Furthermore, Katalysen recently announced the inaugural investment of Venture Targeter AB ("Venture Targeter"), wherein Katalysen is a 33% shareholder. Today, Katalysen received a comprehensive third party valuation report from a reputable financial analysis firm, valuing Katalysen's holding in Venture Targeter at an estimated 23 MSEK.

In total, as a result of the above events, the estimated value of Katalysen Ventures' portfolio of shares, options, and convertibles has increased by +10.7 MSEK (+6.7%) from 160.8 MSEK (source: 2023Q3 report) to 171.5 MSEK.
