As of today, November 28, 2025, the number of shares in Karnell Group AB (publ) ("Karnell") amounts to 53,367,032, divided into 6,180,520 shares of class A and 47,186,512 shares of class B. The number of votes in Karnell amounts to 108,991,712 as of the same date.

The number of shares and votes in Karnell has increased during November 2025 as a result of the exercise of warrants in accordance with the company's incentive program. The number of shares of series B has increased by 446,040 shares and the number of votes has increased by 446,040. The share capital has increased by SEK 44,604 and amounts to SEK 5,336,703.20 after the increase.
