Jumpgate

An extra general meeting in Jumpgate AB (the "Company") was held on Thursday January 18, 2024 at 11.00 in the Company office in Visby.

The extra general meeting resolved to appoint the registered auditing firm Göteborgs Revision KB as new auditor.

The resolution was unanimous.
