The board of directors of JonDeTech has today resolved on a total of eight (8) directed share issues to the Investor (the "Directed Share Issues"). The background to the resolutions is that the Investor has requested subscription of shares in the Company of an amount exceeding SEK 500,000. According to the Financing Agreement, the Company shall therefore resolve to issue shares at a value corresponding to the amount requested by the Investor for subscription.

The subscription price for all issues has been calculated in accordance with the Financing Agreement and corresponds to ninety-five per cent (95%) of the average of the second (2nd) and third (3rd) lowest daily volume weighted average price during ten (10) trading days ("VWAP period") prior to the respective request for subscription of shares, according to Nasdaq First North Growth Market's price list for the share in the Company. The Board therefore considers the subscription price in each issue to be on market terms. The reason for the deviation from the shareholders' preferential rights is to fulfil the terms of the Financing Agreement, which the board of directors considers to be in the interest of all shareholders.

Payment for the subscribed shares has been made by partial set-off of the instalment paid to the Company under the Financing Agreement, which amounts to SEK 2.33 million in total. The other terms of the Directed Share Issues are set out below:

1. 185,185 shares are issued at a price of SEK 0.27 resulting in an increase of the share capital by 7,077.314042 SEK.

4. 238,095 shares are issued at a price of SEK 0.21 resulting in an increase of the share capital by 9,099.403768 SEK.
5. 476,190 shares are issued at a price of SEK 0.21 resulting in an increase of the share capital by 18,198.807535 SEK.
6. 500,000 shares are issued at a price of SEK 0.20 resulting in an increase of the share capital by 19,108.767022 SEK.
7. 526,315 shares are issued at a price of SEK 0.19 resulting in an increase of the share capital by 20,114.461430 SEK.

The Directed Share Issues entail that the Company's share capital in total increases by SEK 106,001.986862, from SEK 4,920,786.113795 to SEK 5,026,788.100657. The number of shares in the Company will increase by 2,773,648, from 128,757,290 to 131,530,938. The share issues entail a total dilution for existing shareholders of approximately 2.11 per cent of the number of shares and votes in the Company.
