JonDeTech establishes a subsidiary in Hong Kong
JonDeTech has registered a subsidiary in Hong Kong to make the company ready for the commercialization phase they are currently in. The company, named JonDeTech Asia Ltd., will be the local hub for customers and investors in the Asian market. The board will consist of CEO Dean Tosic and board member David Wu.
- With the establishment in Hong Kong, we are getting closer to important target groups for the company, which will cut lead times and facilitate business transactions. Currently, the company is only registered, but as our sales activities in the region increase, we will also establish a physical presence, says Dean Tosic, CEO JonDeTech.
That the markets in Asia are essential to JonDeTech has already been demonstrated through, among other things, the cooperation agreement with Sunshine Technologies Co. and the recently communicated order from Zhuhai Yaoyang Electronic Technology Co., Ltd (Yoyon).
