JM starting production of housing in Rosendal, Uppsala

JM is starting production of the Bonica project, which comprises 77 tenant-owned apartments.

The project consists of five stairwells with underlying garage and represents the fourth project that JM is carrying out in the Rosendal district. Sales are underway, and occupancy is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2027, with completion estimated for the third quarter of 2027. The housing start is reported within the JM Residential Sweden business segment in the fourth quarter of 2025.
