JM starting production of housing in Oslo

JM has started production of the Granstangen Park project, which consists of 81 owner-occupied residential units in Furuset.

The housing start is reported within the JM Norway business segment in the fourth quarter of 2025. Sales are underway, and occupancy and completion are estimated for the fourth quarter of 2027.

– We are pleased to begin production of Granstangen Park, it is much needed for housing supply in Oslo, says John Ivar Mejlænder-Larsen, Regional Manager Oslo, JM Norway.

This housing start marks the first of four stages in the Granstangen Park project, which is part of the development of the Karihaugveien 22 area with 277 JM residential units currently in production. JM will build a total of approximately 600 residential units in the area.
